Jed’s story
“I initially connected with Lewis through the mental health space as we share a similar passion when it comes to helping others. After attempting one of his recipes ( failing miserably 😂) and finding out he was once a vego like I am, I hit him up for some structure and guidance around my nutrition. I never struggled with training and staying active, but would let myself down with my nutrition, which, as we all know, is probably the most crucial part. I asked Lewis to put together a plan and keep me accountable. I wanted to lose some fat, then start to rebuild after having a chaotic 12 months with no structure due to a lot of changes personally.
Lewis was super responsive and had me dialled in immediately. What happened over the next 12 weeks really changed me for the better physically and mentally. It was very challenging, I had moments I wanted to quit- but with Lewis guiding me, I was able to stay on track and see some Amazing results.
I dropped over 10 kgs but kept my muscle mass. 24/7 support and check-ins were key for me. ( with some Tough love thrown in)
Having someone to bounce off who is so knowledgeable and genuine allowed me to let go and fully trust the process. His meal plans were super tasty ( completely tailored to my liking ) and practical when factoring in my level of training, shift work, and juggling family. There is absolutely no way I would have achieved my results without Lewis. I continue to recommend others to hit him up. I love his approach and that everything is so tailored to the Individual, unlike other people I’ve used in the past. Whether it be for nutrition, training, or both. He’s also a fucking great bloke. We are now mates for life. Thanks heaps, my man- appreciate you 🙏🏼 My advice if you’re considering it but hesitant - do yourself a favour and jump in now, you have zero to lose ( unless it’s body fat ) and everything to gain.”
